Kano State Bureau of Statistics (KSBS) wishes to invite applications from competent and dedicated individuals for the Volunteer Adhoc Focal Persons for Data Collection across the 484 Wards in the 44 LGAs of the State.
The Volunteers will be responsible for the following reports:
- Health
- Education
- Demographic data (Marriages, Birth and Deaths Records)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma or NCE (Teachers and health workers currently working within the wards are especially encouraged to apply).
- Be a resident of the ward within the LGA.
- Own an Android/IOS mobile phone and be active on WhatsApp.
- Be committed to supporting the development of Kano State through data-driven decision making.
- Successful applicants will undergo comprehensive training on the use of digital data collection tools.
NOTE:
Please note that the position is voluntary and does not come with a salary.
