The recruitment exercise provides an opportunity for qualified individuals to serve in schools managed by the Ogun State Government.   • Must have a valid means of identification, such as a National ID Card (NIMC), Permanent Voter’s Card, International Passport, Driver’s License, or NIN.

  • Must provide a Certificate of State of Origin duly signed and a Local Government Identification.

  • Must be of good character and composure, with no record of criminal activity.

  • Must be physically and mentally fit for employment.

  • Must provide a Birth Certificate issued by the National Population Commission or a sworn Affidavit of Age Declaration.

  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC).

  • Must have either a WASSCE, NECO, GCE, or Grade II Certificate, with a minimum of five (5) credits, including Mathematics and English Language.

  • Must hold a National Certificate in Education (NCE) or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed, B.A. Ed, B.Sc. Ed) or equivalent qualification such as OND, HND, B.Sc., or B.A. from a recognized institution.

  • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory for B.Sc and HND holders.

  • Must not be above 35 years of age at the time of application.

  • A TRCN Certificate is required for those already registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.

  • A Letter of Employment is required from applicants with prior teaching experience.

  • A Computer Proficiency Certificate or basic computer skills will be an added advantage.

  • Must be willing to work in any location assigned within Ogun State.

  • Candidates applying for non-teaching roles must have at least a Primary Six School Leaving Certificate.

  • Must demonstrate a strong team spirit and possess good analytical skills.

7. There will be screening for all shortlisted candidates. The date and time for the Ogun State Teachers CBT test will be communicated to you via E-mail.

8. Failure to report at the screening center within the stipulated time means that you have declined the offer.
