The Lafarge Africa Plc Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured 12-month training and development initiative aimed at preparing young Nigerian graduates for leadership and professional roles in different sectors of the company.

Applicants must hold a degree in any of the following areas:

Eligibility Criteria for the Graduate Trainee Programme
To be eligible, applicants must:

Be Nigerian citizens.
-
Have completed their degree not later than January 2023.
-
Hold at least a Second Class Lower (2:2) or its equivalent.
-
Have 0–2 years of work experience (experience in plant/manufacturing is an added advantage).

Be comfortable using digital tools and data analysis platforms.

Demonstrate leadership potential, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
