Nigerian Army 90RRI Shortlisted Candidates

The Nigerian Army 90RRI has released the full list of shortlisted candidates for the 90 Regular Recruit Intake (90RRI) trades and non-tradesmen/women recruitment exercise. The Army confirmed that this year’s process will follow a simpler format to make screening easier for applicants across all states.

According to officials, there will be:

  • No pre-selection computer-based test (CBT)

  • No special recruitment centre

  • No zonal screening exercise

All screening activities will now hold in each candidate’s state of origin, eliminating the need for long-distance travel.

Important Screening Guidelines

The Nigerian Army issued strict instructions that shortlisted candidates must follow:

1. Prohibited Items

Candidates must not bring:

  • Electronic gadgets

  • Recording devices

  • Mobile phones (where restricted)

2. Body Marking Rules

  • Tattoos, piercings, or body inscriptions are not allowed

  • Only traditional tribal marks are acceptable

  • Female candidates must have only one ear piercing

  • Multiple piercings will lead to disqualification

3. Required Documents

Candidates must present:

  • Original certificates from Primary School to Secondary School

  • NIN Slip

  • BVN Printout

  • Other supporting documents where applicable

4. Conduct Requirements

Applicants must not belong to any cult, secret society, or fraternity.

Screening Date and Venue

All shortlisted candidates are to report for screening in their respective states of origin.

  • Screening Dates: 4th – 17th December 2025

  • Venue: State recruitment screening centres (as directed by the Army)

To check if your name is on the shortlist:

  1. Visit the official Nigerian Army 90RRI shortlist portal: https://recruitment.army.mil.ng/drm

  2. Select your State of Origin.

  3. Click to open the list.

  4. Check for your name on the published shortlist.

Candidates whose names appear will proceed to the state screening exercise.
