This is to inform the Kaduna State Civil Servants and Pensioners that couldn’t attend the physical verification exercise that Appmart technical teams will be deployed across 8 designated locations for a final mop-up verification exercise.
This is for staff and pensioners who have a genuine reason for missing the earlier verification.
The mop-up exercise will run daily from Tuesday April 22nd to Wednesday April 30th, 2025.
Before proceeding to the verification locations, staff and pensioners must:
1. Obtain an introductory letter from the appropriate office (see details below).
2. Come along with their Work ID Card.
3. Provide a valid reason for missing the previous exercise.
Locations for the Mop-up:
- Local Government Council staff – Local Government Service Board.
- SUBEB staff – SUBEB Headquarters.
- Primary Healthcare staff – Primary Healthcare Board.
- State health workers – Ministry of Health.
- Secondary School Teachers – Teachers’ Service Board (TSB).
- All other civil servants – Office of the Auditor General.
- All pensioners – State Pension Union Office, Yakubu Gowon Way (opposite Obasanjo House).
Important:
No staff will be attended to at the verification centers without a valid Work ID Card and an introductory letter.
