School of Health Information Management, University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan is inviting applications from candidates with 150 and above in the 2025 JAMB UTME score for the National Diploma (ND) Program in Health Information Management and also 2 year Higher National Diploma program 2025/2026 session.
The course is non-residential and shall commence in the month of September, 2025.
ENTRY QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
FOR ND APPLICANTS:
- JAMB 2025 UTME Result
- Applicant must possess minimum of (5) credits at not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/WAEC/NECO from the same examination body in these subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
FOR HND APPLICANTS:
Applicant must present higher ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES.
- 0′ level Result
- National Diploma Certificate or Professional Diploma in Health Information Management.
- License Certificate
- Letter of completion of Industrial Training (IT).
- Jamb Admission Letter
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
The Computer Base Test (CBT) for ND will be in:
- English Language

- Biology
The CBT for HND will be in:
- Health Records Management
- Anatomy & Physiołogy
- Clinical Coding
