Candidates who successfully applied for the Federal Government Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalization Programme (YEIDEP) and received an account opening text message from the Bank they chose during the application especially 3rd Batch are having difficulty in filling the online account opening form since they were not issued YEIDEP Number/Code and they don’t know how to recover it.
Candidates should note only first and second batch applicants received the code which was given to them during the earlier registration.
Below are the solution to the issue:
1. Batch 3 applicants without the number can alternatively use the same phone number they used during the registration in place of the YEIDEP Number.
2. Another solution for the is to go to the bank that sent them the account opening text message and narrate the problem to the bank, and they will open the account for them even without the Code.
3. Lastly applicants can contact the YEIDEP support contact through email or phone number below and lodge their and ask them to help them retrieve their code for them.
